Welcome to KR Ranch. A slice of heaven in Northeast Wisconsin. I'm Kelly Rortvedt & I invite you to stop by. Here we have a variety of horses available for sale, rough board available and I also do colt starting.

I've been working with horses my whole life. My philosophy is to earn the horse's respect not break them down. It's a partnership that I've found to be very successful. Horses I've bred here & started have gone on to compete in dressage, shown in 4-H shows and be trail ridden.

Because it's my name and reputation that goes out with them, I care deeply about the attention they receive, the knowledge that goes into the selection of horses to be bred each year and the time spent training each horse. Whether it was a foal born here & imprinted at birth, or a 2 year old brought here for training - they will all get the highest quality of care.
